Process Technician needed to support production equipment, troubleshoot machine issues, and perform hands-on repairs in a manufacturing environment. Job Requirements 3+ years of experience in electronics, manufacturing, or engineering preferred
Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting experience
Hands-on soldering experience at a support or intermediate level
Experience using multimeters and diagnostic tools
Experience performing failure analysis
Experience with small robotics, conveyance equipment, automated soldering stations, and automated machinery
Basic computer proficiency
Ability to track completed work using computer applications
Ability to complete 2+ months of training at the Main Plant before transitioning to the PES facility
2-year technical degree or equivalent technician experience
Preferred Skills Experience with material dispensary equipment
Experience repairing machines and mechanical equipment in a production environment
Experience supporting automated manufacturing processes
Experience documenting troubleshooting findings and repair work
Job Responsibilities Respond to production floor requests and trouble calls
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair machine and mechanical equipment issues
Perform hands-on repairs to support production operations
Support soldering tasks and related processes
Perform failure analysis and document findings
Operate diagnostic tools, including multimeters
Work with small robotics, conveyors, automated soldering stations, and material dispensary equipment
Track work performed using basic computer applications
Follow safety procedures and wear required PPE, including metatarsal shoes
