Production Associate (General Labor)

LOCATION
- Leominster, MA

OVERVIEW
- Entry-level General Labor / Packer role in a climate-controlled, team environment supporting Dixie cutlery production. Great opportunity for career growth - company promotes from within.

HOURS & PAY
- 12-hour shifts: Days 7:00 AM-7:00 PM or Nights 7:00 PM-7:00 AM
- Pay: $18.00 per hour + shift differential (+$1 day, +$2 night)
- Work includes holidays, weekends, and overtime as needed

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Pack Dixie cutlery to specified weight/count and seal boxes
- Inspect product for quality and remove defects for reuse
- Place sealed boxes on pallets and assist with material flow
- Notify process leader/supervisor of quality, safety, or machine issues
- Follow PPE, safety, and compliance requirements

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Reliable, team-oriented, able to perform repetitive tasks
- Able to regularly lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment; prior production experience helpful but not required

PREFERRED BACKGROUNDS
- Manufacturing, industrial, plant, plastics, injection molding, or similar
