Production Associates - All Shifts

Location: Leominster, Massachusetts
Shift: Monday Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM (1st), 2:00 PM 10:00 PM (2 nd ) or 10:00 PM 6:00 AM (3 rd )
Starting Pay: $20.00/hour + shift differential for 2nd and 3rd shifts

What Youll Do:

As part of our production team, youll be a key player in producing high-quality plastic materials. Your responsibilities may include:

• Following detailed work instructions to mix, extrude or weigh materials to spec
• Cleaning and preparing blending equipment
• Reviewing run sheets and operating blending machinery
• Recording batch data and reporting discrepancies
• Coordinating with Quality Control for inspections
• Labeling and moving materials to the extrusion area
• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
• Complete required paperwork and ensure process consistency

What makes you stand out:

• Education: High school diploma or GED preferred
• Skills: Basic math, ability to read and follow instructions, and convert units
• Experience: Forklift certification a plus
• Soft Skills: Team player with a positive attitude and strong attendance record
• Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 55 lbs, stand/walk for long periods, and work in a loud, industrial environment
• Safety First: Must wear PPE and follow all safety protocols, including respirator use
