Job Summary:
Install inspect service and repair swing doors and automatic door systems in a healthcare facility. Ensure doors and equipment operate safely and meet building codes.

Responsibilities:

• Install inspect and repair door assemblies
• Adjust doors and automatic openers for proper operation
• Test mechanical and electrical components
• Repair or replace worn or damaged parts
• Install hardware and fixtures
• Interpret blueprints and diagrams for installations
• Run wiring and assemble electrical components
• Move and position equipment using tools
• Maintain work logs inspections and work orders
• Order materials supplies and equipment as needed

Qualifications:

• 3 to 5 years experience as a door or maintenance technician
• Fire door certification preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to follow maintenance tasks and work orders
• Driver license with clean record required
• Experience with computerized work order systems preferred

Salary:

• $22 - $26 hourly
