In this role you will get to: Lead development and implementation of enterprise manufacturing standards, best practices, and process frameworksDrive waste reduction initiatives through Lean manufacturing, automation, and process optimizationServe as a technical leader across multiple sites, supporting continuous improvement and problem-solving effortsDevelop and standardize work instructions, process documentation, and engineering procedures across the enterpriseEvaluate and implement new manufacturing technologies, including automation and advanced assembly methodsProvide hands-on support to production teams, resolving process issues and improving efficiencyPartner with design engineering to improve design for manufacturability (DFM) and assembly (DFA)Lead or support capital equipment selection, justification, and implementationAnalyze manufacturing performance and drive improvements in safety, quality, delivery, inventory, and cost (SQDIC)Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, quality, supply chain, and leadership teams to ensure alignment across the enterprise Job Requirements:BASIC QUALIFICATIONSBachelors degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial, Electrical Engineering, or related fieldMinimum 10 years of experience in a manufacturing environmentStrong knowledge of manufacturing processes, assembly methods, and production systemsProven experience driving process improvements and operational excellence initiativesExperience supporting cross-functional teams and influencing across multiple stakeholdersStrong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to implement sustainable solutionsAbility to work hands-on in a fast-paced manufacturing environmentAbility to travel up to 25% as business needs arise to support enterprise initiatives across Trystar locationsADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONSExperience with fastening systems, torque methodology, and joint reliabilityBackground in electromechanical assembly and manufacturing environmentsExperience implementing or supporting automation and advanced manufacturing technologiesExperience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or similar methodologiesStrong project management skills with experience leading multi-site or enterprise initiativesExcellent communication and leadership skills, including ability to influence at all levels of the organization
