CNC Machinist 1 - 2nd Shift

*** Omniseal Solutions in Bristol, RI is seeking a CNC Machinist I to support precision manufacturing operations. This role operates CNC milling, turning, and grinding machines to produce high-quality components for the Aerospace, Aviation, Automotive and industrial sectors while following safety, quality, and production standards.***

Job Responsibilities:

- Operate CNC mills, lathes, and CNC grinding machines
- Perform basic inspections using precision measuring tools
- Follow work instructions, quality requirements, and safety procedures
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

Job Requirements:

- High School Diploma or equivalent (will consider candidates with considerable experience in lieu of education requirement)
- 1 yr Experience in CNC Machining for Mills, Lathes or Grinding, Preferred
- CNC Machining Training Completion or NIMS Certification, Preferred
- Effective verbal/written communications skills and organizational skills
- Must have strong work ethic, attention to detail, good attendance, and flexibility to work overtime as needed
- Work in a manner that complies with all site policies and procedures, actively demonstrate SG principles of conduct & action, and adhere to all EHS requirements - TO MAKE SURE NOTHING IS FORGOTTEN!

*** In addition to the hourly base pay rate, this position is eligible for periodic bonus payments/an annual bonus. The targeted bonus amount can be up to 5% of hourly rate based on company and individual performance measures. The total annual target cash range (Hourly Pay Rate plus Bonus, annualized (40 hrs/week * 52wks)) for this position, is $49,100 to $66,600 Bonus payments are part of variable compensation and by nature can vary based on company and individual performance and is not a guarantee.***
