This role is for someone who is reliable and ready to handle everything from equipment upkeep to hands-on production tasks. Key Responsibilities Manufacturing & Fabrication: Perform basic operations including drilling, shearing, and deburring. Maintenance: Handle routine equipment/machinery maintenance and general facility upkeep (including shop cleaning). Facility Repairs: Basic plumbing, electrical, and carpentry tasks as needed. Logistics & Inventory: Responsible for packaging, part marking, inventory tracking, and safe forklift operation. Qualifications Mechanical Aptitude: Proficient with common hand and power tools. Physical Workload: Ability to handle the physical demands of a shop environment. Technical Basics: Solid basic math skills; computer skills are a plus. Experience: 1 year of manufacturing experience is preferred, but we will provide on-the-job training for specific techniques. Education: High school or equivalent (Preferred).
