MANUFACTURING ENGINEER Job Type: DIRECT HIRE Pay: 90-120K KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES Process Improvement: Analyze, develop, and improve manufacturing processes (flow, methods, and equipment). Tooling & Fixtures: Design or source tools, fixtures, jigs, and machinery. Production Support: Provide daily technical support to the production floor to resolve manufacturing issues. Quality & Standards: Ensure compliance with ISO9001/QS9000 and customer quality standards. Project Management: Oversee capital equipment projects from, in some cases, feasibility through implementation. Documentation: Create work instructions and maintain accurate Bills of Materials (BOM). QUALIFICATIONS Previous experience in a manufacturing setting, specifically with CNC machining, boring, or precision machining. Ability to read blueprints, knowledge of GD&T, and proficiency with CAD/CAM software. Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial).
