This is a full-time, on-site position located in Spring, Texas.ResponsibilitiesFull accountability for procurement performance: cost, delivery, and supplier reliability Execution of purchasing strategy aligned with production and growth targets Ownership of MRP-driven purchasing executionensuring the right parts arrive at the right time Supplier strategy: sourcing, onboarding, negotiating, and managing performance Cost reduction initiatives across materials, components, and vendor base Risk mitigation across the supply chain (long-lead items, single-source exposure, shortages) Leadership and development of purchasing team members (if applicable) Cross-functional alignment with Planning, Engineering, Quality, and FinanceQualifications10+ years of relevant experience in manufacturing, supply chain management, and purchasing agreements with demonstrated leadership responsibilities.Proven track record in manufacturing purchasing or supply chain leadership Strong negotiation skills with demonstrated cost savings results Deep understanding of MRP/ERP systems and inventory dynamics Ability to read BOMs, understand engineered products, and work with technical teams Experience managing suppliers across fabricated components, mechanical parts, and commodities (e.g., steel) High ownership mindsetyou dont wait for direction, you solve problems Ability to operate in a fast-paced, execution-focused environmentEmployment will be conditioned upon the successful completion of a criminal background check and a drug screen. Final offers are determined using multiple factors including experience and level of expertise.Physical Requirements and Work EnvironmentThis role may involve lifting and moving objects up to 20 pounds, and occasionally lift and move objects up to 50 pounds. Standing, sitting, and using hands for manipulation of materials or equipment is required. Additionally, you may need to inspect equipment or troubleshoot machinery under varying weather conditions in the factory, with exposure to moderate to loud noise levels.
