Production Operator

Location: Casper, WY

Pay: $18/hour

Schedule: 12hour shifts | 223 rotating schedule (2 days on, 2 days off, then 3 days on)

• Day Shift: 7:00 AM 7:00 PM

• Night Shift: 7:00 PM 7:00 AM

About the Role

Were hiring Production Operators to join our manufacturing team in Casper, Wyoming. In this role, youll help produce highquality conduit products used in critical infrastructure projects across the country. This is a great opportunity if you enjoy handson work, operating machinery, and being part of a safetyfocused team.

What Youll Do

• Operate downstream production equipment such as cutters, pullers, coilers, and packaging machines

• Monitor product quality to ensure it meets DuraLine specifications

• Perform routine equipment checks and basic troubleshooting

• Complete production and quality documentation accurately

• Assist with line changeovers and machine setup

• Follow all safety rules and keep your work area clean and organized

• Communicate effectively with operators, supervisors, and teammates

What Were Looking For

• Ability to work 12hour shifts on a 223 rotating schedule (including every other weekend)

• Comfortable working in a fastpaced manufacturing environment

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

• Ability to stand, bend, and lift for extended periods

• Manufacturing or mechanical experience is a plusbut not required

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Casper, WY.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
