Manufacturing Technician 

Location:  Grand Forks, ND

Pay:  $18 – $25 per hour, based on your experience

• Technician Level I (first 6 months)
  
  	

• Technician Level II-III (1-2 years)

What You’ll Do Each Day:

	
• Build and assemble composite parts with your hands, focusing on small parts and careful detail (sometimes in tight spaces)
  
  	

• Keep your work area clean and organized, following 6S workplace principles
  
  	

• Work quickly and efficiently while maintaining high quality
  
  	

• Always follow safety guidelines, wear your PPE, fill out necessary paperwork, and work together with your team
  
  

What Makes a Great Candidate:

	
• At least 6 months of experience in manufacturing or similar work
  
  	

• High school diploma or GED
  
  	

• Able to lift up to 50 pounds safely
  
  	

• Comfortable working with your hands and on your feet
  
  	

• Basic computer skills to follow instructions and record work
  
  

Schedule:

	
• Day Shift:  Monday – Thursday, 5:00am – 3:30pm (with overtime on Fridays)
