We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Assembler to join a growing manufacturing team supporting customized equipment. This role focuses on assembling equipment directly from blueprint drawings and engineering documentation , with each project built to customer specifications. Responsibilities Assemble customized equipment according to blueprints, engineering drawings, and job packets Pull required parts and components to build products to exact specifications Perform the majority of assembly directly onto the product, with some bench assembly for subassemblies Accurately complete required documentation throughout the build process Work independently and within a team to meet quality and production standards Qualifications Ability to read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings Previous mechanical or equipment assembly experience preferred Must be comfortable with hand and power tools and working on your feet for an entire shift Comfortable working in a customized, non-repetitive assembly environment Strong attention to detail and quality Additional Information Company builds 8-10 core types of products, all of which are customized , so adaptability and problem-solving skills are important Stable day shift schedule (6am-4:30pm, Monday-Thursday, OT on Fridays) Competitive hourly pay with room for growth (Starting $21-25/hr with growth opportunities) Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Moorhead, MN.
