Adecco Staffing is working with a manufacturingpany in Chester, VT to bring on Production Operators. This is a full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity with consistent hours and long-term potential.
Position: Production Operator
Shift: 1st Shift - Monday to Friday (hours may vary based on production needs)
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00/hour (depending on experience)
Location: Chester, VT
Summary:
We are seeking dependable Production Operators to support food manufacturing operations. This role involves working on production lines, ensuring product quality, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Operate production equipment to support mixing, batching, and packaging processes
Monitor product quality and ensure specifications are met
Accurately measure and handle ingredients and materials
Follow recipes, work instructions, and safety guidelines
Maintain clean and sanitary work areas inpliance with food safety standards
Complete production records and documentation
Assist with line changeovers and equipment setup
Support team members to meet daily production goals
Qualifications:
Previous manufacturing or food production experience preferred
Ability to follow detailed instructions and recipes
Strong attention to detail and quality
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Team-oriented with strongmunication skills
