Production Worker

In this role, you will be responsible for completing the final steps in the printing process. This includes inspecting, trimming, assembling, and packaging printed materials to ensure they meet our quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a good eye for detail, creative flair, and strong hand-eye coordination with the ability to operate finishing equipment safely and efficiently (e.g., folders, laminators, binders).

Requirements:

• High school Diploma/GED

• 1-2 years experience

• Strong hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity

• Creative mindset and some artistic ability (helpful for visual evaluation and layout alignment)

• Reliable, punctual, and committed to long-term growth

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

• Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities

• Ability to lift up to 30-50 lbs.

• Must be able to follow verbal and written instructions

• Ability to stand for an entire shift and walk around the warehouse

Pay Details: $18.00 per hour
