TSC is seeking a Production Scheduler in Huntsville, AL

Key Responsibilities
Create, maintain, and adjust production schedules based on customer demand, inventory levels, and capacity constraints
Coordinate with production teams to ensure schedules are achievable and aligned with operational goals
Monitor work-in-progress, identify bottlenecks, and recommend adjustments as needed
Communicate schedule changes to all relevant departments in a timely and clear manner
Collaborate with procurement to ensure material availability and resolve shortages
Track performance metrics such as on-time delivery, throughput, and schedule adherence
Assist with planning improvements, process optimization, and production forecasting
Maintain accurate system data, including manufacturing orders, lead times, and capacity planning.

Qualifications
Previous experience in production scheduling, manufacturing planning, or related operations roles
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems and scheduling tools. (Costpoint and Aegis Factory Logix are a plus.)
Strong communication and collaboration abilities
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Preferred (Not Required)
Experience in manufacturing, aerospace, or industrial environments
Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles
Advanced proficiency with Excel, Project, or data analysis tools
