Press Brake Operator Job Description The role involves creating parts for agricultural and transportation products, utilizing blueprints to set up and adjust programs on high-capacity Brake presses. The operator will load and unload materials, making necessary adjustments to the machines between product runs. Responsibilities Produce parts for agricultural and transportation products. Work from blueprints to set up and adjust programs on Trumpf presses. Load and unload materials and make machine adjustments. Essential Skills Minimum of 2 years experience operating press brakes. Proficiency in setting up and changing over between parts. Strong blueprint reading and interpretation skills. Additional Skills & Qualifications Ability to reach and interpret blueprints is highly advantageous. Why Work Here? Work Environment The shop has recently expanded and accommodates approximately 40 people across various shifts. Training occurs during the day but the main shift will be 12:30 PM to 11 PM, Monday through Thursday with Friday overtime opportunities. A $2 per hour shift differential is offered for night shifts. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of WEST FARGO, ND. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $26.00/hr.
