Form Operator Job Description Join our team as a Form Operator where you will work in a dynamic environment managing six machines designed to precut steel siding for packaging. This role involves unloading products at the end of the line and organizing them into boxes for shipment. Once the boxes are full and labeled, they are loaded onto pallets. Each full box weighs approximately 50 lbs and requires movement every 10-15 minutes. Responsibilities Operate and manage six machines for precutting steel siding. Unload products and organize into boxes for shipping. Label and load full boxes onto pallets. Ensure efficiency and safety in the unloading and packaging processes. Essential Skills Mechanical aptitude Experience in machine operations and general labor Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Strong attention to detail Manufacturing experience Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience in roll forming and mechanical assembly Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and tape measures Knowledge of blueprints, wiring, hydraulics, and calipers Why Work Here?
