You will be the Manufacturing Supervisor for the Production Operations Team. Our team is responsible for delivering highquality products while driving continuous improvement in a fastpaced manufacturing environment.

What You Will Be Doing

As the Manufacturing Supervisor you will be responsible for leading a union represented work force as well working cross-functionally with support staff to meet safety, quality, cost, and schedule goals.

You will be the Manufacturing Supervisor for the Tooling and Test Sets team. Our team is responsible for delivering high quality, on time production of aerospace components across multiple programs.

What You Will Be Doing

As the Manufacturing Supervisor you will be responsible for leading a union represented crew of 10-20 workers on first shift, ensuring quality, schedule, and cost goals are met.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Supervise the machining, assembly, weld and painting of a variety of parts across multiple buildings

Managing performance assessments, work assignments, crosstraining, and recognition/disciplinary actions.

Collaborating with crossfunctional partners (engineering, quality, planning, maintenance, ESH) to execute core metrics.

Ensuring customer requirements and business objectives are consistently met.

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN This position is located at a facility that requiresspecial access. The selected candidate must have the ability to obtain a Secretclearance.

- Must have the ability to obtain a Secret level
clearance
- Experienced user of Microsoft Office Software
- Working knowledge of such programs as
Hazardous Waste Management, Safety, Training,
FOD, and/or Time Accounting
- Must be able to read engineering drawings,
blueprints and interpret/translate instructions to
mechanics / technicians
- Must have good conflict-resolution skills and the
ability to build respectful working relationships
- Must be able to work in fast-paced, flexible
environment- Motivational skills along with the ability to
energize teams are considered a plus
- Experience working in a union environment
- Demonstrated experience with Lean
manufacturing concepts and cost reduction with
an understanding of business metrics to drive
performance
- Experience working with SAP
- Previous experience in machining environment
using manual and/or N/C controlled machines
and systems
