You will be the Manufacturing Supervisor for the Sensors and Integration Test Center. Our team is the corporations Center of Excellence for electrooptical and infrared firecontrol sensor systems, delivering final assembly, integration, and test of missioncritical sensors.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Manufacturing Supervisor you will be responsible for guiding and mentoring a unionrepresented crew of mechanical, electrical, and optical assemblers while driving quality, schedule, and cost excellence.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Lead daytoday production activities, ensuring composite, paint, bonding, and testing processes meet highperformance standards.
- Coach, develop, and motivate the team, fostering a collaborative environment that embraces continuous improvement.
- Maintain strong written and oral communication, building effective relationships across engineering, supply chain, and management.
- Resolve conflicts swiftly and uphold safety and compliance with AS9100 and other applicable standards.
- Provide transparent status reporting and drive corrective actions to keep projects on schedule and within budget.

Completed bachelor's degree or equivalentexperience.
Microsoft office suite experience.
Prior leadership/management experience
Must be a U.S. citizen and have the ability to
obtain a security clearanceDegree focus in industrial, mechanical, or
electrical
engineering, or other degree major with relevant
experience
Demonstrated leadership competencies
consistent with

Experience with tracking and managing cost,
quality,
and schedule, in a manufacturing environment
Experience working and leading in a union

Performance Management Team experience
