POSITION DESCRIPTION: This position has holistic re s ponsibility for the entire facility, including production and operational efficiency, quality assurance, implementation of corporate policies and procedures, and profit and loss.

LOCATION : The position is based at DrinkPAK's newest location (DP3), set for the North Eastern United States - Pennsylvania Area.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Oversees the manufacturing operation, ensuring production, efficiency, and quality standards are consistently met.

  • Oversees the ma intenance operation to ensure safety, technical, and financial standards are consistently met.

  • Oversees the warehousing operation to ensure safety and efficiency standards are consistently met.

  • Ensures a healthy and safe working environment, and compliance with federal and state regulations and Company policies and procedures , through collaboration with legal, safety, and human resource staff.

  • Assists C hief O perating O fficer with long-range operating goals, expansion efforts, and implementation of new and advanced technology.

  • Works with Chief Financial Officer to develop operating budget.

  • Organizes departmental management structure and teams for optimal , efficient operations.

  • Identifies high performing / high potential staff for training and development .

  • Delivers progress and production reports to executive team members as requested .

  • Supervises equipment purchase, maintenance, and layout.

  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor s degree in a relevant field required ; Master s degree preferred.

  • At least ten years of experience in industrial management required . Experience in the Food & Beverage industry is a plus .

  • Bilingual (English & Spanish) preferred but not required .

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Excellent organizational and managerial skills.

  • Thorough understanding of the policies and practices used in manufacturing.

  • Ability to set long-term goals and communicate them to others.

  • Ability to motivate and organize multiple efforts to accomplish goals.
