A Quality Control (QC) Supervisor in the manufacturing industry is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the activities of the QC department and staff. They ensure that products meet company standards and customer requirements. Primary duties include developing and implementing quality control procedures, training and managing the QC team, conducting audits, reporting on issues and improvements, and liaising with other departments to optimize manufacturing processes.
