Production Manager Jobs in Wisconsin

A Production Manager in the manufacturing industry is responsible for managing and overseeing the daily operations of manufacturing plants and similar places. Key skills and qualifications include a degree in Business Management, Engineering, or a related field, experience in a similar leadership role, strong understanding of industry and market trends, and excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Certifications such as Certified Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) or Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) can be advantageous. Prior to becoming a Production Manager, one could have roles such as Production Supervisor, Quality Control Inspector, or Operations Manager.
