Maintenance Technician Remote & Hybrid Only Jobs in South Carolina
A Maintenance Technician in the manufacturing industry is responsible for ensuring the effective and efficient operation of machinery and equipment. They perform routine checks, diagnose faults, undertake repairs, and carry out preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and disruptions to production processes. Certain certifications such as Certified Maintenance & Reliability Technician (CMRT) or relevant trade certifications may be required. Prior roles a person might have before progressing to a Maintenance Technician include Maintenance Assistant, Production Operator, or an Apprentice in a relevant trade such as Electrician or Mechanic.
