Industrial Mechanic

Responsibilities:

Perform routine maintenance and repairs on industrial machinery and equipment.

Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues.

Analyze equipment performance and make recommendations for improvements.

Fabricate and install parts as needed.

Conduct preventive maintenance to ensure optimal machine performance.

Collaborate with other team members to complete projects and meet deadlines.

Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns and resolving issues in a timely manner.

Skills:

Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in analyzing, diagnosing, and repairing industrial machinery.

Knowledge of electrical systems, including high voltage and low voltage applications.

Experience with field service work, including on-site repairs and installations.

Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics .

Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.

Note: Industrial electrician experience is preferred but not required. Training will be provided for candidates who demonstrate the necessary mechanical skills.

Qualifications:

Good driving record and valid driver license (MVR will be required).

Track record of dependability.

Mathematical ability and mechanical aptitude.

Ability to problem solve, read drawings and written instructions.

Written and verbal communication skills.

Leadership and customer relations skills.

Ability to lift 50 lbs.

Self-motivated and embraces challenge and daily variety.

Compensation & Benefits:

Pay: Starting at $24 and above depending on skill set and related experience.
