Job Title: CNC Machine Operator

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled CNC Machine Operator to work with unique fabrication equipment in the metal bending and cutting industry, specifically for large window and glass units. This role requires operating various CNC equipment, changing programs for each run, manipulating the CNC control panel, and utilizing computer-based programs and measuring equipment throughout the shift.

Responsibilities

  • Operate saws, brake presses, and other specialized equipment for metal bending.

  • Meet overall production goals and daily targets for respective departments.

  • Utilize hoists and team lifts to move larger pieces of sheet metal or glass material.

  • Identify and interpret digital 3D drawings and reprogram equipment as necessary.

  • Engage in process management on machines and ensure quality control through inspections.

Essential Skills

  • 1-2 years of experience with CNC equipment and metal fabrication.

  • Proficient in using CNC software, CNC setup, and CNC machines.

  • Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to read tape measures accurately.

  • Experience in operating and maintaining machine tools and conducting visual inspections.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.
