What You'll Be Doing

  • Lead and coordinate daily production activities to ensure safe, efficient, and continuous plant operations

  • Monitor and optimize production processes to meet quality and performance targets

  • Support and enforce safety protocols and environmental compliance standards

  • Collaborate with maintenance and quality teams to resolve operational issues

  • Train, mentor, and support production staff to foster a high-performance culture

What Are We Looking For

  • Strong leadership and communication skills with a focus on team development

  • Proven ability to manage production operations in a fast-paced industrial environment

  • Solid understanding of safety, quality, and environmental regulations

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to troubleshoot and improve processes

  • Comfortable using digital tools and systems for reporting and monitoring

Work Environment
This role is based in a cement manufacturing plant environment with exposure to dust, noise, and varying temperatures. The position requires walking, standing, climbing, and occasional lifting.
