Forklift Operator Job Description In this role, you will be trained by our team to ensure you are set up for success. You will be responsible for operating a forklift to move materials efficiently within the production area, maintaining quality control, and understanding the manufacturing process through continuous training. Responsibilities Gather and move materials to and from the production line. Collect finished products and ensure quality standards are met. Engage in continuous training and understanding of the manufacturing process. Monitor machine operations to ensure smooth production. Essential Skills Experience working in a manufacturing or warehouse environment. Strong team player with collaborative skills. High School Diploma required. Forklift experience is mandatory. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience working from a work order. Background in any type of industrial environment. Shipping experience is advantageous. Why Work Here? Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.44 - $20.44/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
