- Creating schedules, project plans, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Facilitate communication between manufacturing team members and stakeholders, ensuring everyone is informed and aligned on project scopes and deadlines.
- Track project progress against timelines and identifying potential roadblocks or issues.
- Maintain project documentation, prepare reports, and present project status to leadership.
- Identify potential risks and work with stakeholders on mitigation strategies.
- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards.
- A Bachelors degree with a minimum of 2 years of industry experience (preferably in Mechanical, Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering or Business Administration or related).
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
- Demonstrated expertise in identifying issues during a project and coordinating and driving resolutions through supporting resources.
- Experience using analytic tools, systems, and data resources to drive real time project/process awareness.
- Previous experience organizing data, engaging with stakeholders, and delivering clear, actionable insights through presentations and reports.
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in aerospace or other high-reliability industries.
- Relevant prior experience in manufacturing, quality, or operations.
- Proficiency with PLM and ERP software.
- Proficiency in AS9100/ISO9001 quality management system requirements.
