Machine Operator 
Location: Trenton, NJ
Pay: $19/hour (Depending on Experience)
Type: Temp-to-Perm (Permanent placement possible)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM

A growing packaging and manufacturing company in the Trenton, New Jersey area is seeking an experienced Machine Operator to join their team. This is a great opportunity for someone with hands-on machine operation experience looking for long-term potential.

Responsibilities:

• Operate and assist with machinery used in corrugated box production, including die cutters
• Adjust machine settings based on job specifications
• Perform regular maintenance checks and troubleshoot mechanical issues
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met
• Collaborate with the production team to meet daily goals
• Maintain safety standards and cleanliness in work areas
• Manage inventory to support continuous production

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Machine Operator
• Strong mechanical skills and troubleshooting ability
• Experience in a box or packaging environment preferred but not required
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks
