Machine Operator

Operate fiber production equipment including spinning, weaving, and coating machines.

Monitor machine performance and fiber quality throughout the production process.

Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting to minimize downtime.

Follow detailed production specifications and safety protocols.

Record production data and report any deviations or issues to supervisors.

Collaborate with quality control and engineering teams to ensure product standards are met.

Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with safety and housekeeping standards.

**Additional Skills & Qualifications**

High school diploma or GED required; technical training or certification preferred.

Prior experience in textile, fiber, or industrial manufacturing is highly desirable.

Ability to read and interpret technical documents, schematics, and work instructions.

Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.

Comfortable working in a physically demanding environment (standing, lifting, heat).

Basic computer skills for data entry and machine interface operation.

Willingness to work rotating shifts, weekends, and overtime as needed.

**Pay and Benefits**

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr.
