Industrial Maintenance Mechanic

Performs maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems in a manufacturing environment to ensure equipment reliability and performance.

Job Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Technical certification or associate degree in industrial maintenance or related field preferred

  • Proven experience in industrial maintenance within a manufacturing environment

  • 5+ years of machine repair experience preferred

  • Proficiency in advanced shop mathematics and use of technical charts, tables, and formulas

  • Familiarity with precision measuring instruments

  • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics

  • Strong knowledge of mechanical and hydraulic systems

  • Ability to plan and execute complex maintenance tasks using good judgment

Job Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine and preventive maintenance on industrial equipment and machinery

  • Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical malfunctions

  • Repair and replace defective machine parts and components

  • Work with production teams to resolve equipment-related issues

  • Maintain accurate logs and records of all maintenance and repair activities

  • Ensure compliance with safety procedures and regulatory standards



Pay Details: $22.00 to $30.00 per hour
