Sheeter Operator - 2nd Shift

Join Our Team as a Sheeter Operator!

Position Overview: We're looking for a dedicated Sheeter Operator to set up and operate our Marquip Sheeter. This role is crucial for maintaining our high standards of efficiency and quality.

Responsibilities:

• Set up each job (retrieve, feed, slit/trim rolls, etc.)
• Operate the machine at peak efficiency
• Follow job-specific work instructions and procedures
• Troubleshoot and adjust the machine as needed
• Ensure product meets specifications
• Maintain accurate inventory management
• Perform other assigned duties

Qualifications:

• Quality-conscious individual
• Good communication skills
• Basic computer skills
• Mechanical aptitude
• Troubleshooting ability
• Ability to operate clamp trucks, forklifts, and rider pallet jacks
• Ability to lift to 50 pounds
• Must be able to work 2nd shift (Monday - Friday 2:00pm - 10:00pm), with some overtime/weekend work
  • Training for this position could be on 1st Shift (Monday - Friday 6:00am - 2:00pm), for up first 120 days of employment
• Prior manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required
