We're looking for a CNC Stone Fabrication Operator to join our expert team in crafting premium countertops and custom stone surfaces from granite, marble, quartz, and other solid materials. What You'll Do:

• Operate CNC machines to cut, shape, and finish countertops, vanities, and custom stone components with pinpoint accuracy.

• Read and interpret CAD files, blueprints, and shop drawings to produce flawless stone pieces.

• Inspect materials and finished products for precision, quality, and consistency.

• Perform routine machine maintenance, tool swaps, and troubleshoot technical issues to keep operations running smoothly.

• Collaborate with design, templating, and installation teams to ensure every project meets client expectations and design intent.

• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area while following all safety standards.

What You Bring:

• 2+ years of CNC machining experience, ideally in stone, quartz, or solid surface fabrication .

• Comfort working from digital files and experience with CAD/CAM software such as AlphaCAM, AutoCAD, or similar platforms .

• A solid understanding of natural and engineered stone materials and fabrication best practices.

• Physical ability to handle heavy materials, stand for long periods, and thrive in a shop setting.

• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.

• Bonus if you’ve got experience with hand-finishing techniques like polishing or edging .
