Production Operator

Production Operator Job Description You will ensure all specifications are met. As a Production Operator, you will perform final inspections at the end of the machine line to guarantee the quality of parts. Your role is critical in identifying any imperfections such as flashes, scratches, dents, or chips in the final product. You will also conduct spot checks using micrometers and calipers to ensure precision. Once inspected, you will prepare the parts for delivery, coordinating with hilo drivers for transportation. Responsibilities Perform final inspections on parts for quality assurance. Identify and document any flashes, scratches, dents, or chips. Conduct spot checks with micrometers and calipers. Prepare inspected parts for delivery and coordinate with hilo drivers. Maintain inspection and loading rate of 25-30 parts per hour. Adapt to 2nd and 3rd shift operations as required. Essential Skills 2+ years of manufacturing experience in a Production or Machine Operator role. Demonstrated longevity in previous roles. Shift flexibility for potential schedule changes. Additional Skills & Qualifications 3+ years of manufacturing experience preferred. Experience with machining, injection molding, and foundry manufacturing is a plus. 1+ year of experience with blueprint reading. 1+ year in the automotive industry. Experience working 2nd or 3rd shifts preferred. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $23.13 - $23.13/hr.
