Laser Operator Job Description We are seeking a skilled Laser Operator to create parts for agricultural and transportation products. The role involves working with blueprints, setting up and adjusting programs on CNC Tube Laser Machines, and handling material loading and unloading. Responsibilities Read and interpret blueprints to create parts for agricultural and transportation products. Set up and adjust programs on CNC Tube Laser Machines. Load and unload materials and make necessary machine adjustments. Ensure accurate measurements using a tape measure. Perform setup and changeovers between parts efficiently. Essential Skills Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints. Experience with laser operation and setup, particularly on CNC Tube Laser Machines. Ability to measure accurately using a tape measure. Additional Skills & Qualifications A minimum of 2 years of experience operating tube laser or other plasma, laser, or saw machines. Ability to setup and changeover between parts efficiently. Blueprint reading skills are a significant advantage. Why Work Here? Initial training will be provided on the day shift for 3-6 weeks, based on your learning pace, before transitioning to the night shift with a $2/hour shift differential. Regular working hours are from 4:30 PM to 3:00 AM, Monday through Thursday, with Friday overtime available. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of WEST FARGO, North Dakota. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $24.00/hr.
