This Full-Time/Regular position is integral to our operations and reports directly to the Manufacturing Manager. As a Tool and Die Supervisor, you will oversee the tool and die department, ensuring the design, repair, and maintenance of tooling is carried out efficiently and to the highest standards. You will be responsible for supervising a team of skilled tool and die makers, managing projects from conception to completion, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to support production goals. Your role will involve scheduling and prioritizing work, maintaining tooling inventory, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce costs. You will also be expected to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. Required Experience

- Experience in implementing cost-saving measures and efficiency improvements
- History of successful project management from inception to completion
- Experience in training and developing skilled trades personnel
- Knowledge of current industry best practices and emerging technologies
- Prior experience working with cross-functional teams, including engineering and production
- Experience ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
