Knowledge of Expertise in glass fabrication processes a plus, including but not limited to cutting, shaping, polishing, tempering, and equipment management. 3-5 years production supervision experience. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate glass fabrication processes, ensuring quality and efficiency. equipment maintenance schedule and supervision. Hire, train, and mentor a team of production workers, establishing a culture of excellence. Implement and develop innovative operational strategies. Maintain safety standards and compliance with OSHA and industry regulations. Troubleshoot production challenges and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
