**Job Description**

The Turret Operator role is perfect for individuals who are eager to learn and operate machines. As a Turret Operator, you will be responsible for loading sheet metal into the machine, inspecting the finished product, and learning how to set up the machine. For those who demonstrate capability in machine setup, there is an opportunity to advance and learn the programming aspect, which comes with potential for increased earnings.

**Responsibilities**

+ Load sheet metal into the machine.

+ Inspect the sheet metal after processing.

+ Learn to set up the machine for operations.

+ Demonstrate capability in machine setup to advance in programming.

**Essential Skills**

+ Experience with machine operation.

+ Ability to read blueprints.

+ Knowledge of turret operations.

**Additional Skills & Qualifications**

+ Experience with break press and punch press.

+ Familiarity with sheet metal fabrication and laser technology.

+ At least 6 months of machine operating experience.

**Work Environment**

The facility features seven new break press machines and eight welding bays, creating a spacious and open shop. Recent upgrades include new lighting and inventory shelves reaching the ceiling. The shop is clean, well-maintained, and operates on the 2nd shift.

**Pay and Benefits**

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $28.00/hr.
