CNC Operator Job Description Join our team as a CNC Operator, where you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and diverse environment. As a CNC Operator, you will utilize hand tools and read tape measures to produce high-quality cabinets. This role requires precision and attention to detail to ensure the final products meet the required specifications. Responsibilities Operate CNC machinery and other equipment to produce cabinets. Utilize hand tools effectively for assembly tasks. Read and interpret tape measures to verify schematics and measurements. Collaborate with the production team to meet production goals. Essential Skills Experience as a machine operator, particularly with CNC machinery. Proficiency in using hand tools. Ability to read and use a tape measure accurately. Additional Skills & Qualifications Background in carpentry or woodworking. Experience with assembly work is a plus. Why Work Here? Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Norwood, Massachusetts. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
