General Production Operator

General Production Operator Job Description We are seeking dedicated General Production Operators to join our team in the New Albany, Ohio area. As a manufacturer of injection molded products, we are looking for individuals to work in our Injection Stretch Blow Molding (ISBM) and Injection Molding (IM) groups. These roles involve operating blow mold lines, including loading and unloading parts, performing visual inspections, and occasionally managing color changes. Responsibilities Operate blow mold lines efficiently. Load and unload parts onto equipment. Perform visual inspections to ensure quality. Manage color changes as needed. Pack boxes and prepare pallets in the Injection Molding group. Essential Skills Mechanical aptitude. Manufacturing experience. Ability to operate machinery. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience in machine operation or auto mechanic work. Troubleshooting, machine set ups, minor repairs. Experience with blow molding is beneficial. Why Work Here? Work Environment Work in a clean GMP environment with approximately 80-100 colleagues. The facility is climate controlled, although it tends to be on the warmer side. Proper personal protective equipment (PPE) is required, including steel-toed boots, safety caps, ear plugs, gloves, and safety glasses. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $21.75 - $22.75/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
