Machine Operator**
**Job Description**
As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and monitoring manufacturing machines to produce electrical connectors according to specifications. You will also ensure quality control by inspecting products throughout the production process to maintain high quality and consistency, identifying and reporting any defects.
**Responsibilities**
+ Set up, operate, and monitor manufacturing machines to produce electrical connectors.
+ Inspect products throughout the production process to ensure high quality and consistency.
+ Identify and report any defects in products.
+ Troubleshoot and resolve issues with machines to minimize downtime.
**Essential Skills**
+ Proficiency in machine operation and troubleshooting.
+ Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
+ Ability to read technical diagrams, blueprints, or schematics.
+ Basic mechanical skills and familiarity with production tools.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Previous experience in machine operation, preferably in manufacturing or assembly environments.
+ Ability to stand or walk for long periods, lift up to 75 lbs., and work in a fast-paced industrial environment.
+ Speaking Spanish is a plus.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Centerbrook, Connecticut.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
