Press Brake Operator**
**Job Description**
We are seeking a skilled Press Brake Operator to efficiently operate press machinery for the cutting and fabrication of parts for a diverse range of clients. The role involves cross-training on new machines to provide support across different areas as needed.
**Responsibilities**
+ Operate press brake machinery for cutting and fabrication of parts.
+ Participate in cross-training on new machines to provide versatile support.
+ Work a flexible schedule with options for second shift or weekend shift.
**Essential Skills**
+ Experience with press brake machinery.
+ Proficiency in reading blueprints.
+ Familiarity with tape measure and sheet metal handling.
+ Ability to operate punch press equipment.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Solid work history with long-term experience in similar roles.
+ Ability to handle Dynamic Positioning (DP) tasks efficiently
**Work Environment**
Work in a family-owned facility with opportunities for cross-training and professional development. Choose from multiple shift options, including a second shift from Monday to Thursday or a weekend shift from Friday to Sunday. Weekend shifts offer the advantage of working 36 hours while getting paid for 40, providing a balanced work-life arrangement.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $30.00/hr.
