Equipment Operator

Key Responsibilities:

• Cherry Picker Duties:
• Operate cherry picker to heights up to 50 feet.
• Retrieve replenishment merchandise from reserve locations.
• Conduct equipment safety checks and report issues.
• Accurately scan and stage pallets using RF Unit.
• Complete daily activity logs and perform additional duties as assigned.

High Reach Duties:

• Retrieve pallets from deep reserve locations and place them in pick areas.
• Accurately scan and store items per guidelines.
• Perform equipment safety checks before use.
• Log in/out of assignments as required.

Pallet Jack Duties:

• Transport non-conveyable orders and label/store pallets accordingly.
• Secure and stage completed pallets for shipping.
• Report credits/delays and maintain clean work area.
• Follow all safety and order-picking protocols.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED (required).
• Experience operating cherry picker, high reach, pallet jack, and/or forklift.
• Previous warehouse experience.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and perform frequent bending, stooping, reaching, standing, and walking.
• Comfortable working both independently and in a team.
