Operates large farm equipment and machinery much of which is equipped

primarily with Greenstar GPS such as tractors, sprayers, module

builders, tillage implements for cultivating, tilling, fertilizing,

planting, and harvesting grain and oilseed crops such as corn, cotton,

soybeans; Operates tractor and towed implement to furrow and cultivate

soil; Drives tractor and operates seed drill or planter to plant crops;

Assisting with the installation, operation, and maintenance of

irrigation systems, pivot and poly pipe, for watering crops; Lays out

poly along designated settings in field; Observes irrigation to ensure

uniform distribution of water to all areas; Disassembles system and

moves it to next location after specified time intervals; Load inputs

and drive trucks to transport to fields, load crops and drive trucks to

transport to fields and storage facilities such as elevators, bins,

silos, piles/bags; Unload crops onto conveyor to storage locations or

elevators; Prepares harvesting machine by adjusting speeds of cutters,

blowers, and conveyors and height of cutting head or depth of digging

blades according to type, height, weight, and condition of crop being

harvested, and contour of terrain; Perform routine repairs and

maintenance to machinery in the field; Drives self-propelled harvesting

machine such as combines and pickers to cut, thresh, clean, store crops;

Drives farm vehicle; Minor daily and incidental upkeep to equipment and

worksite. Must be able to speak and understand English.

In view of the statutorily established basic function of the ES as a

no-fee labor exchange, that is, as a forum for bringing together

employers and job seekers, neither the ETA nor the SWAs are guarantors

of the accuracy or truthfulness of information contained on job orders

submitted by employers. Nor does any job order accepted or recruited

upon by the ES constitute a contractual job offer to which the ETA or a

SWA is in any way a party
