We grow rice and soybeans. We need seasonal employees to assist with our

crop production. Field prep starts in March and planting starts in

April. Throughout the summer we will irrigating and preparing for

harvest and we harvest in November. Job duties will include: prepare

fields for planting, attach farm implements such as plows, discs,

sprayers, or harvesters to tractors, using bolts and hand tools, operate

tractors, planters, seed drills, irrigation equipment, operate other

farm equipment, engage in planting, weeding, spraying and/or harvesting

activities, irrigate soil, using portable pipes or ditch systems, and

maintain ditches or pipes and pumps, load and unload crops or materials,

manually or using conveyors, hand trucks, forklifts, or transfer augers,

load hoppers, containers, or conveyors to feed machines with products,

using forklifts, transfer augers, suction gates, shovels, or pitchforks,

observe and listen to machinery operation to detect equipment

malfunctions, attach equipment extensions or accessories, load crops and

unload crops, operate equipment to harvest crops, complete maintenance

and repairs on irrigation equipment, drive pickup trucks to haul crops,

supplies, and tools, inspect, adjust, and complete routine maintenance

and repairs on equipment. Employer may provide performance bonuses at

the end of the contract at the employers discretion.

In view of the statutorily established basic function of the ES as a

no-fee labor exchange, that is, as a forum for bringing together

employers and job seekers, neither the ETA nor the SWAs are guarantors

of the accuracy or truthfulness of information contained on job orders

submitted by employers. Nor does any job order accepted or recruited

upon by the ES constitute a contractual job offer to which the ETA or a

SWA is in any way a party
