Seasonal/Temporary work from 3/1/25 - 12/1/25.

Perform general farm labor; Participate in the inspection, grading,

sorting, storage, and postharvest treatment of crops such as working

with bins and augers to load carts and trailers; Repair and maintain

farm vehicles, implements, and mechanical equipment; Operate tractors,

tractor-drawn machinery, and self-propelled machinery (much of which is

equipped with GPS) such as sprayer, planter, tillage tool to plow,

harrow and fertilize soil, or to plant, cultivate, spray and harvest

crops such as corn, soybeans, cotton, peanuts; Drive machinery from

field to field; Load inputs and drive trucks to transport to fields,

load crops and drive trucks to\

transport to fields and storage facilities such as elevators, bins,

silos, piles/bags; Clean work areas and maintain grounds and

landscaping; Attach implements using hand tools; speak and understand

English.

In view of the statutorily established basic function of the ES as a

no-fee labor exchange, that is, as a forum for bringing together

employers and job seekers, neither the ETA nor the SWAs are guarantors

of the accuracy or truthfulness of information contained on job orders

submitted by employers. Nor does any job order accepted or recruited

upon by the ES constitute a contractual job offer to which the ETA or a

SWA is in any way a party
