Construction Equipment Operator - Warehouse & Yard Operations Goochland , VA | Hands-On, Team-Oriented Role About the Role Are you an experienced equipment operator who enjoys working outdoors and being part of a close-knit team? We're looking for a Construction Operator/ laborer to support daily warehouse and yard operations, with opportunities to cross-train in equipment cleaning and painting. If you're reliable, safety-conscious, and ready to hit the ground running, this could be the perfect fit. What You'll Do Pull and prepare orders for shipment, including urgent same-day requests. Operate heavy-duty 8,000-10,000 lb forklifts to load and unload materials. Power wash equipment using a 2500 PSI washer to prep for delivery. Cross-train to use a spray gun for painting custom equipment. Restock parts and maintain a clean, organized warehouse and yard. Participate in daily morning huddles to align on goals and priorities. What You Bring 3+ years of forklift or heavy equipment operation experience. Proven ability to safely operate machinery for loading/unloading. Experience with order pulling and shipment preparation. Familiarity with power washers and spray guns is a plus. Strong work ethic and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
