Job Description

WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:
Develop systems/reports as required for specific needs/tasks. Depending on the scope and requirements, this could take from a couple of hours to several months.
Run weekly reports that are used to supervise critical metric for different areas. Make modifications as required by owners.
Review demand for GLN and advise if unusual demand pops up, or if there is risk of supply interruptions to assembly.
Provide support to users of previously built systems/reports in case ease of use changes are required.
Work as a link between remote teams when required.
Provide support to the departments of previously held positions when required.
Review ILSCO demand for usual items and coordinate to have material ready when needed.
Review future dated sales orders and advise customer care if stock is available, so they can review if the order is a candidate of early shipment.
Review ILSCO sales shipments for errors that might need to be cleared.
Review status of short components for past due items and check in with owner if late.
Review MX Schneider orders to check if they are in the accurate warehouse.
YOU HAVE:
Ideally 3+ years of relevant Supply Chain planning experience.
Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain, or Industrial Engineering preferred.
Fully Bilingual required.
Ideally 2+ years in a master planning role with supervisory experience of production planners preferred.
High level SAP, Oracle or JDE ERP experience required.
Experience in Shipping/Warehousing
Experience in Production Planning
APICs certified in CPIM or working towards preferred.
Access/SQL and general relational database knowledge.
Proven experience in MS Excel.
Strong written, oral English skills.
Availability to travel.
