Production Operator I

As a Production Operator I, you will be responsible for the assembly of small to medium-sized components, including the fitting, alignment, and adjustment of interrelated parts. This role involves performing precision soldering of electronic and mechanical components, ensuring reliable connections and adherence to quality standards. You will also troubleshoot and repair sub-assemblies and major assemblies, maintain production efficiency, and follow detailed work instructions to meet safety and performance requirements.

Job Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent Minimum 2 years electronics assembly experience or equivalent with soldering experience on printed circuit boards Ability to solder/de-solder/rework assemblies/SMT experience IPC-610 & JStandard 001 (preferred) Ability to read and follow directions with heavy attention to detail Able to use ERP system to complete tasks as required Able to read color coded Process Details Ability to utilize Microsoft office suite.
