Production Operator

Our client, a leader in heavy-industrial manufacturing, is seeking a dedicated Production Operator to join their team. As a Production Operator, you will be an essential part of the manufacturing process, supporting the production line with your skills and commitment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Production Operator

Location: Maxville, FL

Pay Range: starting at $22 per hour

Shift: 1st shift

What's the Job?

• Operate manufacturing machinery in accordance with established procedures
• Feed raw materials properly through the production line to ensure smooth operations
• Resolve line stoppages and clear equipment jams efficiently
• Verify finished products against quality specifications and document checks regularly
• Perform general housekeeping duties to maintain a safe and clean work environment

What's Needed?

• Minimum 2 years experience in heavy-industrial manufacturing or construction industry preferred
• Minimum 1 year of proven forklift operating experience preferred
• Comfortable working in dusty environments and at heights or in confined spaces
• Manual dexterity and strong attention to detail
• Fluent in verbal and written English with good communication skills
